Fees – Morning Care
Any day between 7.30am to 9.00am
Minimum session time is one hour, @ $6.00 per hour.

Fees – After School
Hours, any day between 3.00pm – 6.00pm,
A minimum session time is one & a half hours @ $6.00 per hour,
A late pick up fee of $10.00 per quarter hour may be charged after 6.00pm.
The daily cancellation fee is what you have booked for that day.
Cancellations in the week prior to attendance will not incur a fee.
Note; All fees are to be paid one week in advance.
One week of fees is required in advance to guarantee your child/ren’s registration.

Fees – School Holidays
8:30am to 3:30pm five days a week. $6.00 per hour,
A minimum session time is 6 hours between 9am to 3pm
The daily cancellation fee is what you have booked for that day. 
Payment of the full fee is required in advance to guarantee the booking.
A late pick up fee of $10.00 per quarter hour may be charged after 3.30pm.

You may pay the fees in advance by regular A/P if you wish. Our Bank account details are NBS # 031354-0187399-00

NOTE: Privacy Act 1993: The information that you have supplied is necessary for the safe and effective operation of Richmond Kids Care and is kept in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 and any amendments to the Act and any other relevant legislation. You are welcome to review information pertaining to your child/ren’s enrolment at any time. This information will not be shared except when required by legislation or by MSD staff for the purpose of audit every two years.

Parent Contract
I agree and acknowledge:
• I have read and understand the enrolment information
• The staff has my permission to arrange any necessary urgent medical treatment at my cost
• I will notify the staff of any changes to enrolment information in a timely manner
• I agree to pay the stipulated fees in advance and any remaining balance afterwards in a timely manner

All care will be taken to provide supervision of children attending the programme in accordance with the programmes policies and procedures. Richmond Kids Care acknowledge however, by enrolling in Kids Care, that neither the staff nor management of the programme will be liable for any loss or damage (by way of accident, injury, theft or otherwise) arising out of attendance at the programme.

Excursion Authority
I hereby authorise Richmond Kids Care to take my child/ren off the grounds of the programme for excursions and activities.
I agree to my child/ren participating in all activities organized by Richmond Kids Care and agree to them being transported by taxi, bus or staff vehicles.
